A partner for the evolving public administration in financial and HR servicesThe Finnish Government Shared Services Centre for Finance and HR provides financial administration and human resource services for central government agencies, departments and funds, and approximately 80,000 private employees. The Service Centre has offices in Joensuu, Hämeenlinna, Kuopio, Mikkeli, Pori and Turku and uses a nationally distributed operating model. The Centre is a significant operator in the central government group services, and employs approximately 730 professionals in financial and HR operations. The turnover is approximately MEUR 50. Services The Finnish Government Shared Services Centre for Finance and HR provides customers with standard and extra financial administration and human resource services as well as expert services. The contents of the services are continuously developed together with customers and the service centre staff. One form of this cooperation is the themed customer forums, which are organised several times every year. We provide customers with several channels of communication. One of these is the Customer Support (CS) system, through which you can send service requests and documents to the Services Centre. Our Mission, Vision and Values
